FilterPixel offers a free trial that allows you to fully evaluate the software — including Deep Cull and all AI-powered culling features — before making a purchase. We strongly encourage all users to test the software during the trial period to ensure it meets their needs.

Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refunds are available for both Monthly and Annual plans within 10 days of the initial purchase date.


2.2. Refunds will only be issued if the software fails to function due to a verified technical issue on FilterPixel’s end, such as:

  • Persistent application crashes or freezes
  • Processing or upload failures


2.3. Refund requests must include a clear description of the technical issue experienced, along with your account details.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction with culling or selection results — the free trial exists for this purpose
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the software within the refund window
  • Requests made after 10 days from the date of purchase
  • Lack of awareness of the auto-renewal feature
Deep Cull & Processing-Intensive Features

Deep Cull consumes significant computational resources with every session. Refund requests will not be honored where substantial processing has already been completed, as these resources cannot be recovered. Please use the free trial to evaluate Deep Cull before purchasing.

Auto-Renewal

5.1. Auto-Renewal: FilterPixel subscriptions auto-renew by default. You will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.


5.2. No Refunds for Auto-Renewal: Refunds will not be issued for charges resulting from auto-renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status.

Subscription Pause

As an alternative to cancellation, you may pause your subscription for up to three months (once per account). Your subscription will automatically reactivate after the pause period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at accounts@filterpixel.com within 10 days of purchase. Include your account email and a description of the technical issue. Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.
