Fog wipes out a day's takings
When the cloud comes down, every photo shows guests in front of a white wall.
Every guest wants one great photo at the glass, and your host or a tablet on a stand takes it. FilterPixel keeps the best frame, adds your clear-day skyline when the cloud comes in, and sends the photo to their phone while they are still at the top. They buy before the lift arrives. There is no booth to build and no counter at the exit.
Runs on a tablet at the glass and the phones your hosts already carry.
When the cloud comes down, every photo shows guests in front of a white wall.
Guests are already thinking about the lift and the street when you ask them to buy.
A green-screen studio and a row of kiosks take floor space the queue needs.

Guests scan a code in the queue and take one selfie, so they are ready before the lift doors open.

A host with a phone, or a tablet on a stand, takes it at your best window.

Best of burst

DeepCull keeps the sharpest frame of each burst, so blinks and blur never reach the guest.

When the view disappears, guests choose your skyline at sunset or at night as the background.

The photo lands on their phone in minutes, and they buy it and post it from the top.

The album stays open for a year, and guests who did not buy get a reminder before it closes.
Running today at conferences and brand events: best-frame selection, branded albums opened by QR code or selfie, and sharing. Opening with our founding venues for the 2026–27 season: the visit-long album, tablet photo spots, camera feeds, destination scenes, checkout, prints and the operator console.
One person opts in and the group shares the album, so everyone gets the photo.
Orders go to the gift-shop printer you already own, or straight to the guest's home.
Raise the price for peak season or a special evening without calling anyone.

Hardware photo systems include GoPhoto, Image Insight and Pomvom. Equipment and features vary by vendor. FilterPixel also works alongside cameras and printers you already have.
You pay no concession share and lease no equipment. One console covers every deck and landmark you run.
Finding photos by selfie is opt-in and for adults only, and you can switch it off for a whole attraction. Guests who prefer not to use it get the same album with a code. Children are never matched by face: they join through an adult's album or a code. Anyone can delete their album and face data from their phone, and you decide how long photos are kept. Rules on face data differ by country and state, including the GDPR, so confirm the setup for each attraction with your own counsel.
Put in your own figures. The starting values are placeholders, not benchmarks.
One great photo per guest is delivered before the lift down, in any weather.
A photo spot sits at the famous angle with nothing fixed to the structure.
Take the photo at boarding and have it waiting when the cabin lands.
A twenty-minute visit still leaves time to sell one photo worth keeping.
Running exhibitions as well? See the museum photo system or the full guest photo platform. Every use case is on FilterPixel for Business.
An observation deck photo system runs an attraction's souvenir photo programme. It photographs each guest with the view, gets the photo to the right guest, and sells it as a download or a print. Older systems need a studio booth before the lift, printed photo cards and a counter at the exit. FilterPixel does the same job on a tablet and the phones your hosts carry, and delivers to the guest's own phone.
We are onboarding a small group of decks, towers and landmarks for 2026–27. Start with one window and one time slot, and see the numbers before you commit to more.
Software that runs an attraction's photo programme from the picture at the glass to the sale. It gets each photo to the right guest and sells downloads and prints on the guest's phone, before they leave and for a year after.
No. A host's phone or a tablet at the glass takes the photo, and guests buy on their own phone. If you already have a fixed camera or a shop printer, FilterPixel works alongside it.
The guest is separated from the background in software and placed in front of your own skyline image, on a clear day, at sunset or at night. The real photo stays in the album too, and the guest chooses.
Usually within minutes, while guests are still on the deck. Anyone who has already left finds the same album on their phone.
Automatic selection of the best frame, one consistent edit, branded albums opened by QR code or opt-in selfie, and sharing run today on DeepCull and FilterPixel Live at conferences and brand events. The visit-long album, tablet photo spots, camera feeds, destination scenes, guest checkout, prints, reminders after the visit and the operator console open with our founding venues for the 2026–27 season.
If it is a network camera, FilterPixel can pick the best frame from its feed, and each camera is tested before you start. Cameras on an existing photo system keep working alongside.
On their own phone, in the browser. They see a preview, pay, and get the full photo straight away.
Yes. The shop's own printer produces them for pickup on the way out, or they are posted to the guest's home.
Yes. The album stays online for 12 months unless you set a different period, and a reminder goes out before it closes.
Bookings can come in by file or API so albums are ready before guests arrive. Specific ticketing connections are scoped with each founding venue.
It is opt-in, for adults only, and can be switched off for a whole attraction. Children are never matched by face; their photos join the family album through an adult or a code. Guests can delete their album and face data at any time, and because rules vary by country and state you should confirm the setup with your own counsel.
A platform fee per venue and a fee per order, with no equipment to buy or lease. Terms are agreed in writing before you start.
