Refund Eligibility
1.1. Monthly Plans: Customers that newly subscribed to our monthly plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of their initial payment.
1.2. Yearly Plans: Customers that newly subscribed to our yearly plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of their initial payment.
Auto-Renewal and Awareness
2.1. Auto-Renewal: FilterPixel subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Customers will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle unless they cancel their subscription.
2.2. Awareness: Customers are responsible for being aware of the auto-renewal feature. We recommend regularly checking your subscription status and billing details.
Refund Process
3.1. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, contact our customer support team within the specified refund period. Refunds will be processed promptly upon verification.
3.2. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will not be processed if the customer is unaware of the auto-renewal. Refunds will not be provided for any charges incurred due to the auto-renewal process.
Legal Implications
4.1. Legal Proceedings: If a customer takes legal action against FilterPixel regarding refunds and we win the case, the customer will be liable for all damages caused to the company during the legal process.
Pause Policy
5.1 Subscription Pause Policy: Users have the option to pause their subscription directly from the app. The subscription can be paused for a duration of three months and after that your account subscription will be active again. This pause can be utilized only once during the entire lifetime of the user’s account.
