To use the FilterPixel plugin, first, signup and download the FilterPixel Edits app from accounts.filterpixel.com And install the app on your system by following the on-screen instructions.
How to Install and Use FilterPixel Edits as a Plugin in Lightroom Classic for Editing
1. Launch Adobe Lightroom Classic on your computer. Ensure you have the latest version installed for smooth plugin functionality.
2. Click on the “Import” button at the bottom left. Select the source (hard drive, memory card, or cloud storage) to bring in your images.
3. Navigate to the folder containing your images. Click on the ones you want to work with or press Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all.
4. Lightroom will generate previews of your images. Wait until all thumbnails are visible before proceeding to editing.
5. Pick the images that need enhancement. You can multi-select using Shift + Click or Ctrl/Cmd + Click for a custom selection.
6. Go to the top menu bar in Lightroom Classic. Click on “File” to access the main options.

9. A new window will appear with the FilterPixel interface. Here, you can either train a custom AI profile or choose a predefined editing profile.
10. If you want a personalized editing experience, train your AI profile. This allows the AI to learn your preferred editing style over time
11. Skip training and select from pre-built editing profiles like DreamTone, Timeless, Adore for instant enhancements.
12. Apply the selected profile to your images. Adjust settings if needed, then let the AI do the magic.
13. Voila! Preview them in LRC before exporting. Your edits will sync back to Lightroom Classic. Review, fine-tune if necessary, and then export your final images!
