Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for FilterPixel Lifetime Deal

Lifetime Deal Policy

These Terms outline the agreement between FilterPixel Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and users ("you" or "your") participating in the FilterPixel Lifetime Deal campaign. By purchasing this special offer for $399, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

a. This lifetime deal is available for a limited number of users.
b. You must comply with applicable laws in your region to qualify for this offer.

2. Lifetime Access

a. Upon purchasing the lifetime deal for $399, you’ll receive lifetime access to FilterPixel’s features available at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
b. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your use only.

c. Plan Transition and Refund Policy:

- If you are currently on a Max or Pro yearly or monthly plan, please note that your existing plan will not be carried over.
- No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
- The credits from your current plan will not be adjusted towards the price of the Lifetime Deal.
- The Lifetime Deal will be a new separate plan and will commence from the date of purchase.

Disclaimer: Lifetime access applies only while FilterPixel is in operation under its current business model. If the company discontinues its service, changes ownership, or shifts to a new business model, lifetime access may no longer be available.

3. Updates and Upgrades

a. You’ll receive free updates and upgrades for 3 years from the date of purchase.
b. After the 3-year period, continued access to major updates will require a renewal charge of approximately $100-$150 USD.
c. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

4. Partner Offers

a. Partner companies (PicFlow, QTALBUMS) offer exclusive coupon codes or discounts as independent third parties. Please note that this partnership is temporary and there are no guarantees for future offers.
b. We are not responsible for the availability, validity, or delivery of partner offers, including any changes, termination, or issues related to those partner deals. By signing up for the Lifetime Deal, you agree not to misuse the partnership coupons, which are valid for one-time use only.

5. Fair Usage Policy

a. Use of FilterPixel must align with our fair usage guidelines.
b. Culling is limited to 100,000 photos per month, and editing is limited to 25,000 photos per month.
c. Misuse or abuse of the service may result in suspension or termination of your access.

6. Termination

a. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this lifetime deal at any time, without prior notice.
b. In the event of termination, users who purchased the deal will retain access as specified, provided FilterPixel continues to operate under its current model.

7. No Warranty

a. FilterPixel is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
b. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance or specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FilterPixel.
b. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the lifetime deal ($399).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India.
b. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
