Giveaway Policy

Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for FilterPixel Giveaway 2024  

These Terms outline the agreement between FilterPixel Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and users ("you" or "your") participating in the FilterPixel Giveaway Campaign. By participating you agree to these terms: 

1. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to both existing and new users of FilterPixel.

2. Campaign Period

• The Campaign will run for 48 hours, starting from [19th Nov, 7:30am PT] and ending on [21st Nov, 7:30am PT]].
• Any entries received outside of the campaign period will not be considered.
•  

3. How to Enter

• Participants will submit their emails for the Campaign on the official campaign page.
• After signing up, participants will be redirected to their unique referral link on the accounts page.
• To qualify for the giveaway, a referral is valid only when a friend uses the unique referral link to sign up for FilterPixel and completes the required steps, like account creation or registration.

5. Prize Distribution and Conditions

• Winners will be announced on 22nd November PST 2024. 
• All prizes will be credited or delivered within [15-30Days] after the winners are announced.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
• FilterPixel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prizes become unavailable.

6. Referral Program Rules

• Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith. Using fake accounts, bots, or any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
• FilterPixel reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of all referrals.

7. General Conditions

• FilterPixel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants agree to abide by the decisions of FilterPixel, which are final and binding.
• By entering the Campaign, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
