Partner Add-Ons Policy

1. Overview

As part of FilterPixel’s limited-time Black Friday 2025 campaign, customers may receive promotional partner add-ons from third-party brands, including (but not limited to) Retouch Market, QTAlbums, and SmugMug. These add-ons are offered purely as complementary benefits for eligible FilterPixel users and are subject to the individual partners’ own terms and conditions.

2. Independent Partner Relationship

Each partner brand is an independent third party.
FilterPixel Private Limited has no ownership, control, or management of these partner services.
Any access, redemption, or continued use of partner-provided products, licenses, coupons, or discounts shall be governed solely by the respective partner’s policies, not by FilterPixel.

3. No Obligation or Liability

FilterPixel is not liable or responsible for the availability, quality, functionality, or continuity of any third-party services or offers provided by partners.
Partners may modify, suspend, or withdraw their offers at any time without prior notice to FilterPixel or its users.
FilterPixel does not guarantee delivery, redemption success, or the future continuation of any partner benefits beyond the promotional period.

4. Redemption and Validity

Users must redeem the partner offers directly with the respective partner brand using the instructions provided during the campaign.
Each offer is valid for the period and scope defined by the partner.
Unused or expired offers will not be reinstated, refunded, or replaced by FilterPixel.

5. Support and Disputes

All queries, support requests, or disputes regarding partner add-ons (including access, activation, or performance) must be directed to the respective partner’s official support channel.
FilterPixel support can assist only with eligibility confirmation, not with the operation or troubleshooting of third-party services.

6. Policy Updates

FilterPixel reserves the right to modify or clarify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published here (when applicable).
