Eligibility: Applies to all new purchases made under the Christmas Workflow Miracle Offer (Starter, Suite, or Workflow Pass).
Window: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

After approval:

2. Renewal Refunds (For Customers Already on a Subscription)

The Christmas Offer does not auto-renew at Christmas pricing, but your standard plan (if renewed) follows normal renewal rules:

Renewal grace period:
If an annual renewal occurs and you wish to cancel, request a refund within 7 days for a full refund.

After 7 days:
Renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
Your access stays active for the remainder of the billing cycle.

 

3. Your Risk-Free Trial Includes

Regardless of the pass tier, your Christmas access includes:

4. How to Request a Refund

Email accounts@filterpixel.com from your purchase email with the subject: “Refund Request – Christmas Offer”.

Please include:

• Your full name

• Order email address

• Date of purchase

• For renewal refunds: mention “Renewal Refund”

Refund Process:

• Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.

• Banks/card issuers may take 5–10 business days to reflect the amount.

 

5. Canceling Future Renewals

You may cancel anytime via your FilterPixel account or by emailing accounts@filterpixel.com.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing

• Does not automatically trigger a refund

• Your access remains active until the current paid term ends

 

6. Pricing & Fees

• The Christmas pricing is a special one-time promotional price.

• Taxes are refunded along with your principal payment.

• Refund amounts for non-USD currencies may vary due to FX rates.

• No hidden fees or per-photo charges apply.

 

7. Fair Use & Abuse Policy

Our refund guarantee is designed to ensure a risk-free experience. Refunds may be declined in cases of:

a) Repeated refund claims from multiple accounts
b) Fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious behavior
c) Misuse of the 7-day refund eligibility period
