2. Renewal Refunds

2.3 Grace period: Contact us within 7 calendar days of a renewal charge for a full refund and cancellation.
2.4 After 7 days: Renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email accounts@filterpixel.com from your purchase email.
Include your full name, order email, and subject line “Refund Request.”
For renewal refunds, include “Renewal Refund” and your renewal date.
Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to credit the amount.

5. Canceling Future Renewals

Cancel anytime through your FilterPixel account or by emailing accounts@filterpixel.com.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund.
Access remains active until your current term ends.

6. Pricing & Fees

Discounted annual price: 50 % off for life on Black Friday plans.
No hidden fees or per-photo charges.
Applicable taxes are refunded along with the principal payment.
Refunds in non-USD currencies may vary slightly due to bank or FX rates.

7. Fair Use & Abuse Policy

The refund guarantee is for genuine evaluation only. Refunds may be declined for:
a) Repeated refund claims across multiple accounts.
b) Fraud or chargeback abuse.
c) Misuse of the 14-day or 7-day refund windows.
We will always communicate transparently if a request is declined.
