# Stadium tour photo systemThe tunnel walk, on every fan's phone *before the tour ends.*

Your guide takes the photos on a phone at the tunnel, in the dugout and beside the trophy. FilterPixel keeps the best frame of each, finds every fan in them and sends a club-branded album to their phone before the group reaches the club shop. They buy with a tap. Nothing is installed on the route, so nothing has to be cleared for match day.

The problem

## Fans wait years to walk down the tunnel. *They go home with a blurry selfie.*

01

### The best stops last a few seconds

Each group gets one walk down the tunnel, and fans photograph each other badly on the move.

02

### The photo booth sells a pretend pitch

A green screen at the start of the tour competes with the real dugout fifty metres away.

03

### Match day needs the route clear

Anything fixed in the tunnel or the press room is in the way when the teams arrive.

The fan journey

## From the meeting point *to a year after the final stop.*

![Floodlit stadium with empty stands](https://filterpixel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/b2b/sports-teams/st-stadium-floodlights-empty.jpg?width=560)

01 · MEETING POINT

### Fans join while the group gathers.

They scan a code at the meeting point and take one selfie, so every photo of them reaches their phone.

![Empty dugout beside the pitch](https://filterpixel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/b2b/stadium-tours/sx-empty-dugout-pitch-side.jpg?width=560)

02 · TUNNEL AND DUGOUT

### Your guide takes the photo.

In the tunnel and the dugout the guide shoots on a phone and keeps the tour moving.

![Rows of empty yellow stadium seats](https://filterpixel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/b2b/stadium-tours/sx-empty-stadium-seats.jpg?width=560)

03 · PITCH-SIDE SEATS

### Fans take their own trophy photo.

At the pitch-side seats and beside the trophy, fans step up to a tablet and photograph themselves.

04 · MINUTES LATER

### Every fan gets their best frame.

DeepCull picks the shot where the whole family has their eyes open, then adds your crest and colours.

![Fan holding up a phone to film a game](https://filterpixel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/b2b/sports-teams/st-fan-phone-basketball-game.jpg?width=560)

05 · BEFORE THE CLUB SHOP

### The album is ready at the last stop.

Every photo a fan is in arrives on their phone, and they buy the set before they reach the shirts.

![Floodlit stadium full of fans at night](https://filterpixel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/b2b/sports-teams/st-stadium-night-crowd.jpg?width=560)

06 · AFTER THE TOUR

### The tour stays with them all season.

The album stays open for a year, and a reminder goes out before it closes.

**Running today** at conferences and brand events: best-frame selection, branded albums opened by QR code or selfie, and sharing. **Opening with our founding venues for the 2026–27 season:** the visit-long album, tablet photo spots, camera feeds, destination scenes, checkout, prints and the operator console.

More to sell

## Three extras *made for supporters.*

Scenes

### A full stand behind the press desk

Fans sit at the real desk and choose a match-night crowd as the background.

Prints

### A framed print with the shirt

Orders print at the club shop for pickup at the till, or go by post.

Partners

### Your sponsor on every shared photo

Crest, kit colours and partner frames are added to each photo automatically.

Software, not hardware

## Everything the photo booth did. *Nothing left in the tunnel.*

| The job | Hardware photo systems | FilterPixel |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Knowing whose photo it is | Printed photo cards and lanyards | One selfie, or a code on the fan's phone |
| Tunnel and dugout photos | Fixed capture boxes on the route | The guide's phone |
| Trophy and press-room stops | A staffed photo point | A tablet on a stand |
| Match-night backgrounds | A green-screen booth at the start of the tour | The real location. The crowd is added in software |
| Ordering | A kiosk bank at the exit | The fan's own phone |
| Prints | Dedicated print stations | The club-shop printer, or posted home |
| Match days | Fixed units to work around | Pick up the tablets and the route is clear |

Hardware photo systems include GoPhoto, Image Insight and Pomvom. Equipment and features vary by vendor. FilterPixel also works alongside cameras and printers you already have.

For operators

## Your guides run it. *The club keeps every sale.*

No concession shares the income and no equipment is leased. One console covers the stadium, the arena and the club museum.

- **Club and partner branding**Your crest, colours and sponsor frames sit on every photo.
- **Stadium, arena and museum**Run every venue from one console with shared reporting.
- **Follow-up after the tour**A reminder goes to each fan before their album closes.
- **Photo retention**Set how many months photos are kept, and face data goes when they do.
- **Your own payment account**Tour photo income is paid directly to the club.
- **Your tour bookings**Bring bookings in before the tour so albums are ready at the meeting point.

Guest privacy

### Fans stay in control

Finding photos by selfie is opt-in and for adults only, and you can switch it off for a whole venue. Fans who prefer not to use it get the same album with a code. Children are never matched by face: they join through an adult's album or a code. Anyone can delete their album and face data from their phone, and you decide how long photos are kept. Rules on face data differ by country and state, including the [GDPR](https://gdpr-info.eu/art-9-gdpr/), so confirm the setup for each venue with your own counsel.

Who it's for

## For venues where fans *stand where the players stand.*

01

### Club stadium tours

Tunnel, dugout and trophy room go into one album in club colours.

02

### Arenas and multi-use venues

Backstage and locker-room tours run on non-event days with nothing to clear before load-in.

03

### Sports museums and halls of fame

Trophy and memorabilia photo spots need only a tablet and a stand.

04

### Tour and experience operators

Several venues share one console, and no equipment travels between them.

Quick answer

## What is a stadium tour photo system?

A stadium tour photo system runs a tour's souvenir photo programme. It photographs fans in the tunnel, the dugout and the trophy room, gets each photo to the right fan, and sells the set as an album or a print. Older systems need a green-screen booth, capture boxes on the route and kiosks at the exit. FilterPixel does the same job on the guide's phone and a tablet, and delivers to the fan's own phone.

1. **Capture**The guide's phone, or a tablet at the stop.
2. **Deliver**One club-branded album per fan, before the tour ends.
3. **Sell**On their phone, at the stadium and after the visit.

FAQ

## Stadium tour photo system FAQ

What is a stadium tour photo system?

Software that runs a tour's photo programme from the guide's first shot to the sale. It finds each fan in the photos and sells albums and prints on the fan's phone during the tour and afterwards.

Do we need a photo booth or kiosks on the route?

No. The guide's phone and a tablet on a stand take the photos, and fans buy on their own phones. If the club already has cameras or a shop printer, FilterPixel works alongside them.

Can a tour guide take the photos on a phone?

Yes. The guide takes a short burst at each stop and the best frame is chosen automatically, so the tour keeps moving.

How do fans get their photos?

They scan a code at the meeting point, then take one selfie or get a short code. Each fan's photos collect in a single album that opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download.

Which parts are live today?

Automatic selection of the best frame, one consistent edit, branded albums opened by QR code or opt-in selfie, and sharing run today on DeepCull and FilterPixel Live at conferences and brand events. The visit-long album, tablet photo spots, camera feeds, destination scenes, guest checkout, prints, reminders after the visit and the operator console open with our founding venues for the 2026–27 season.

Can club and sponsor branding go on every photo?

Yes. Your crest, kit colours and partner frames are added automatically, the same way FilterPixel adds sponsor branding at conferences today.

What happens on match days?

Nothing is fixed to the tunnel, the dugout or the press room, so there is nothing to clear before the teams arrive. The tablets can move to hospitality lounges or the fan zone.

How do match-night backgrounds work without a green screen?

The fan is separated from the background in software, so the real press-room desk works as the set. You choose the scenes and fans pick one on their phone.

Does it connect to our ticketing system?

Tour bookings can come in by file or API so albums are ready before the group arrives. Specific ticketing connections are scoped with each founding venue.

Can fans buy after the tour?

Yes. The tour album stays online for 12 months by default, with a reminder before it closes. You can shorten or extend that.

Is finding photos by selfie safe and legal?

It is opt-in, for adults only, and can be switched off for a whole venue. Children are never matched by face; their photos join the family album through an adult or a code. Guests can delete their album and face data at any time, and because rules vary by country and state you should confirm the setup with your own counsel.

How is it priced?

A platform fee per venue and a fee per order, with no equipment to buy or lease. Terms are agreed in writing before you start.
